    24 Wild Cards

Shuffle each element deck (Air, Earth, Fire, Water). Decide in advance how many cards from each of the four-element decks you would like to work within your conversation. We recommend committing to at least 3 cards from each deck to start. For more robust discussions, draw 5 or more. Do what works for you!

By sharing and engaging with the Say More Conversation Cards, we can begin to reframe how we think about women’s aging health, mental health, and menopause. When we share our stories and hold space for one another without fear or shame, we are part of an infinitely larger network of support and social change. By engaging with the Say More Conversation Cards, you begin to think, rethink, and open to new possibilities for yourself and your community.

BGG2SM is a curated intergenerational exchange for Black women, women-identified, and gender-expansive people— a space for exploration, mentorship, intimacy, and vulnerability around life, identity, and change. It’s the excavation of the things that you needed to know about your personhood through the years but were never told. It’s the guide we wish we had access to, no matter our age.
