About Kindra Products

Kindra is committed to offering effective non-prescription options that are estrogen-free**. There are many options available for treatment of menopausal symptoms. Estrogen may or may not be the right option for every woman. Talk to your health care professional about what options may be best for you.

The Standard is short for the Corporate Standard of Compassion for Animals, a voluntary pledge that cosmetic, personal care, and/or household product companies based in the US or Canada make to clear animal testing from all stages of product development. A company's ingredient suppliers and/or manufacturers must make the same pledge. The result is a product guaranteed to be 100 percent free of new animal testing. Yes! You can use Soothe as a body wash during your shower and you'll still get all of its hydrating benefits, though it's not intended to be used as a vaginal wash.
Since our products are formulated without estrogen, they may be used in addition to your prescription or estrogen creams. For example, if your doctor recommends using your prescription cream 2x per week, you may use Kindra products the remaining five days as many times per day as you deem necessary. Kindra can be an excellent supplement to your prescription regimen to ensure you maintain a consistent moisture barrier without increasing the use of estrogen.

About our Vaginal Lotion & Applicator

Wash your hands, and pump serum 1-2 times onto clean, dry fingers. Super dry or sensitive? Start with 1 pump and add more serum, 1 pump at a time. Apply serum gently to the external vagina (vulva), where you are feeling dryness and discomfort. If needed, apply serum with finger, no more than 1 inch, into the vaginal opening (introitus) if you experiencing dryness and discomfort there. Wash hands after each use. Reapply daily as often as you need for relief.

Apply the Lotion

Wash your hands and pump desired amount onto a clean, dry finger. 2 to 4 pumps usually does the trick. Super dry or sensitive? Start with 1 pump and build up to 2+ over 7 to 14 days. Explore and feel what works for your body.

Insert Up to One Inch

Insert finger only 1 inch or less into the vaginal opening known as the introitus, if you are experiencing discomfort there.

Apply Outside as Needed

Gently apply the lotion to the external vaginal area known as the vulva. Add extra pumps if needed.

4.
Wash & Reapply as Needed

Wash your hands after each use. Reapply daily or as often as you need.

Wash hands and apply 1 to 4 pumps directly onto your finger. Apply lotion with your finger directly to the vaginal opening. Apply 1 to 2 cm deep or the length of your first knuckle. After vaginal application, apply any remaining product to your most tender parts down there. Wash hands after use. Most women feel results within a couple days, but the lotion works best with consistent daily use.

Some may experience a stinging or burning sensation when applying the product. This is due to skin dryness and should go away rather quickly, especially as the area becomes moisturized with regular use. If continued irritation occurs, first try decreasing the amount of product used, then discontinue and consult your healthcare provider if irritation continues.
In March we decided to retire the applicator we previously offered as a gift with The Daily Vaginal Lotion. We listened to you, we listened to our OB/GYNs and women’s health experts and found that finger application is not only a good option but—in fact—the best option.
The Kindra Daily Vaginal Lotion does not contain any fragrance or flavorants and is non-toxic and safe. Please be aware that the vaginal lotion is intended for application in the intimate area; however, incidental ingestion of a small amount during intimacy is not expected to result in adverse health effects. About our Supplements

The ingredients in all Kindra products are well-established supplement ingredients. Each of the ingredients and products have been assessed by safety experts.
Consult your health provider prior to using these products if you are taking medications, whether prescription or over-the-counter, or other supplements. Some dietary supplements have been found to interact with medications.

No problem! Just click the icon in the top right corner of the site. Type in your email address and click "forgot password". Then you'll be emailed a link to reset your password!
Kindra is currently available online only, via ourkindra.com. If you have difficulty placing an order online, please email us at hello@ourkindra.com.
You can enter your discount code at checkout. Please note, you cannot use more than one discount per order.

Shipping & Returns

We currently only ship within the United States & Canada.
Your products will be packed for shipment within two business days of your order. We will notify you with your shipping information once your product has shipped.

First time purchases of each item on ourkindra.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund by contacting customer service.

For returns of any defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded up to the ground shipping postage cost once your return is processed.

Subscription

Creating a subscription account is easy and allows you to change, skip, or cancel your subscription at anytime. To create an account follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the account icon in the top right corner
2. If you never created an account before (separate from making a purchase), click the 'Register' button under New Customer. Please note that even if you made a purchase before, this does not automatically create an account for you. You must 'Register' with the email you used when making your first purchase or subscription.
3. Add personal details (first name, last name, email address, and password)
4. Your account is created! Go ahead and click "Manage Subscriptions" to make changes to your existing subscriptions.

Afterpay

Afterpay Payment and Installments

Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. 

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify. 

Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay. 

Installments with Afterpay can only be applied to purchases made on ourkindra.com.

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.

You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so. 

Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.

If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply.  Click here  for complete terms.

Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. Note that the length of payments will never go beyond six weeks after the purchase date. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth instalment payment and charge the remaining amount to your third payment.
