How to Use

Daily V Lotion & V Relief Serum:
Apply with clean, dry fingers to the vulva, including the labia & vaginal opening. Use on external anal tissue if needed.

Apply AM & PM for best results. Use daily after showering, before exercise, or as needed. Moisturize before & after intimacy for maximum comfort.

Soothe:
In the bath: Add 2 ounces (about a quarter cup) under warm running water. We recommend soaking for at least 20 minutes for maximum hydration.
