We stand by our products and the relief they have provided to so many people. However, we know that everyone's body and experience are different. If for some reason you are not happy with your first purchase of a product, let us know within 90 days of receiving your order and we will make it right. Please note that any shipping fees paid cannot be refunded. If your order was received more than 90 days ago you may be eligible for store credit. You can initiate the returns process here. Please note that this guarantee applies to the first unit purchased. If more than one unit is purchased in your first order, only one unit will be eligible for our 90 day refund policy.

Devices

Due to the intimate nature of these products, we are only allowed to accept returns if the product is in its original packaging, with the plastic wrap and/or tamper seals intact. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. You can initiate the returns process here.
